Privacy Policy for Mirantium

Last Updated: August 19, 2025

This Privacy Policy describes how Tanglewood Operating Partners LLC dba. Mirante Partners ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of our Google Sheets™ add-on, Mirantium (the "Add-on").

Your privacy is important to us. This policy is designed to help you understand what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

## 1. Information We Collect

To provide our services, we collect the following types of information:

Information You Provide Directly:

Spreadsheet Data: We process the data you enter into your active Google Sheet™, such as company names, websites, and prospect information, to perform the functions you initiate.

Configuration Data: To connect with third-party services, we store API keys (e.g., your Apollo.io API key) and column settings that you provide within a dedicated "// Config" sheet inside your spreadsheet.

Information from Google:

Google User Email: We collect your Google account email address to identify you as a user, manage your credit balance, and maintain your personalized settings. We only request the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email scope for this purpose.

Information from Third-Party Services:

When you use features like "Find Owner," we receive enriched data (such as contact names, emails, and LinkedIn URLs) from external data providers and store it for your use.

Usage and Log Data:

We maintain a secure, external database to log your usage of the Add-on. This includes your email address, the functions you run, credits consumed, and a record of the content you generate (e.g., personalized emails, voicemail scripts, and company memos) to improve our service and provide support.

## 2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To Provide Core Functionality: To execute the primary functions of the Add-on, such as building company lists, finding decision-makers, and generating personalized outreach content.

To Manage Your Account: To authenticate you as a user, track your credit balance and subscription status, and maintain your custom prompts and settings.

To Process Payments: We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle subscriptions and credit purchases. Your email and payment details are managed directly by Stripe.

To Communicate With You: To send you important notifications, respond to your support requests, and deliver reports (like Company Memos) via email.

## 3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. However, to provide the Add-on's services, we must share specific data from your spreadsheet with the following third-party service providers:

AI Providers (Anthropic, OpenAI): We send data from your sheet and your custom prompts to these services to generate personalized text for emails, custom info paragraphs, LinkedIn messages, and voicemail scripts.

Data Enrichment Providers (Apollo.io, Bright Data): We share company names and website URLs to search for and retrieve contact information about business owners and decision-makers.

Communication Services (Twilio, Brevo, Slybroadcast): We use these services to verify your phone number (Twilio), send email reports to you (Brevo), and deliver voicemails on your behalf (Slybroadcast).

Payment Processors (Stripe): We share your email address with Stripe to create and manage your customer account for credit purchases and subscriptions.

Cloud Storage (Amazon Web Services S3): We temporarily upload text-to-speech audio files to a secure cloud bucket so they can be delivered as voicemails via Slybroadcast. These files are not permanently stored.

## 4. Data Security

We are committed to protecting your information. We use a secure external database to store user data and rely on reputable, industry-standard third-party services that have their own robust security measures in place. All API keys and sensitive credentials are stored securely.

## 5. Data Retention

We retain your user account information, settings, and usage logs in our external database for as long as your account is active to provide you with our services. Generated content may also be logged to assist with support and service improvement.

## 6. Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The data accessed through Google APIs (specifically your email and spreadsheet content) is used solely to provide and improve the user-facing features of the Add-on and is not transferred to others except as necessary to comply with applicable laws or as part of a security investigation.

## 7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
